SUBSTANCE: proposed method recommends to organize block of posterior and anterior paraprostatitic spaces by proceeding from suprapubic access using balanced antiinflammatory mixture having following composition: 0.5%-metronidazole solution-100 m., chloromycetin-1g, hydrocortisone-0.125 g, contrical-30000 units, 10%-lidocaine solution-4 ml. EFFECT: 1) method makes it possible rapidly to cut short inflammatory process; 2) remission period during chronic prostatitis is extended. 2 dwg
