FIELD: medicine. SUBSTANCE: device has pulse generator, pulse shaper, voltage tuner, two-cycle voltage follower accumulating capacitor and electrodes, as well as discharge unit and power supply source connected in series. Two cycle voltage follower output is connected to discharge unit which control output is bound with the second output of the pulse shaper. The latter is manufactured as pulse burst shaper. The first key and the second key are additionally introduced into design. The former is placed between lead for connecting common bus of voltage tuner end stage and common bus of the electric stimulation device. The control input of the key is connected to the third output of the pulse burst shaper. The second key is placed between the electric stimulation device common bus and resistor. The control input of the key is connected to the third output of the shaper. EFFECT: enhanced effectiveness in stimulating organs and tissues. 6 cl, 2 dwg
