FIELD: medicine, in particular, devices for auxiliary blood circulation. SUBSTANCE: the electrostimulator of muscular blood pump uses series-connected signal transduction unit, blocking interval driver, programmed divider of cardiocycles, stimulating pulse generator, output stage and an isolating capacitor, as well as a controlled switch and a control signal conditioner. The output stage is made in the form of a switch built around intersupplementing transistors, and serves as an inverter. The stage power supply input is connected to the electrostimulator power line via the controlled switch. The stimulating pulse generator is provided with another output connected to the input of the control signal conditioner. The conditioner output is connected to the control input of the controlled switch. The electrostimulator combined input-output is formed by the point of connection of the signal transduction unit input and the second plate of the isolating capacitor. EFFECT: enhanced reliability of the heart-electrode-electrostimulator-electrode- muscle biotechnical system due to the exclusion of one of the monopolar electrodes from the system, with its serviceability remaining intact, as well as reduced probability of ascending infection, reduced surgical trauma of patient and simplified technique of operation. 5 dwg
