FIELD: public catering establishments; meat grinding machines. SUBSTANCE: mincing machine having body with loading neck, hollow cylinder intended for accommodating internally feed screw and provided with through hole for output shaft of the screw, handle and resilient member in the form of spiral spring, cross-shaped knife, perforated plate and pressure ring is additionally fitted with resilient member made in the form of two plate springs with central holes. The members are fastened to each other by their larger bases to form single unit. Holes in the perforated plate are positioned in the form of sickle along logarithmic spiral disposed at an angle of 30 to 60 deg. in relation to the radius of curvature. EFFECT: reduced power needed for grinding meet, enhanced efficiency of mincing machine and improved quality of final product. 3 dwg
