FIELD: process engineering.
SUBSTANCE: meat grinder comprises body with clamp and detachable screw drive handle. Body houses hollow screw with moving blade. Shaft is arranged inside said screw to catty outlet rotary grill. Kinematic gear composed of several spur gears, main and idler, is arranged between screw and shaft to drive the screw with moving blade in one direction and outlet grill in opposite direction. Handle may be fitted on both shaft end and idler shaft.
EFFECT: efficient mincing.
