FIELD: equipment for grinding of food products.
SUBSTANCE: grinder has housing, funnel for charging pieces of raw food products, and cutting device made in the form of conical grinding cavity defined by longitudinal grinding blade knives rigidly fixed on internal side surface. At least one transverse window is formed in wall of conical grinding cavity. Transverse undercutting blade knife is fixed on edge of transverse window so as to form slot. At least one blade is mounted in said cavity. Conical grinding cavity may be positioned in vertical plane and equipped with flare and receiving funnel. Flare is equipped with bore. Blades are fixed on drive crown. Conical grinding cavity may be inclined with respect to horizontal plane. Helical blade may be mounted on drive crown. Grinding longitudinal blade knives may be secured in helical line on inner side surface of conical grinding cavity. Transverse undercutting knife may be provided with members for changing inclination angle.
EFFECT: improved quality of food product such as meat farce.
