FIELD: domestic chemistry. SUBSTANCE: removing starch-containing impurities from houseware in dish washers includes cleaning houseware, main washing process with common detergents and surfactants, and final rinsing. Surfactant solution contains 0.08-2.0 wt % N-C2÷C12-alkylpyrrolidone, 0.005-0.125 Anson units or more of proteases and/or 0.1-6.0 Noveault kilounits or more of amylases in 1 l solution. Buffer compounds maintaining pH within 5-9 range and common solubilizing agents are also added. Main washing process is conducted first with surfactant at temperature up to 60 C for 5 to 300 s and then with common detergents compatible with the surfactant.
