FIELD: instrument making.
SUBSTANCE: invention is related to the field of machine cleaning and disinfection of objects by means of extermination/decontamination of bacteria, viruses and fungi. Object of invention is application of cleaning substance, which comprises at least two different surface-active materials (SAM), selected from group that consists of cationic, non-ionised and amphoteric SAM, and in dissolved aqueous solution suitable for consumption it has value pH, equal to at least 10.5, for extermination/decontamination of microorganisms selected from group that consists of bacteria, viruses and fungi, by means of machine decontamination of objects.
EFFECT: invention makes it possible to efficiently decontaminate objects, including medical and/or surgeon instruments and devices.
