SUBSTANCE: cleaner containing at least one ionic surfactant, at least one solubilizer, at least one common proteolytic enzyme, and water is distinguished by said ionic surfactant being C5-C12-alkyl sulfate salt and additionally containing at least one alkanolamine at following component contents, wt.%: alkyl sulfate salt, 0.5-8.0; solubilizer, 4.0-15.0; alkanolamine, 4.0-10.0; and enzyme in amount 0.005 to 0.1 units/g.
