If audiogram contains flat-descending air threshold curve with elevated sensing threshold in the 4000-8000 Hz zone reaching 15 decibel and higher, and blood contains substances with molecular weight 300-5000 in quantity more than 0.250 units, alteration of helpers/suppressers ratio, and/or inhibition of migration of erythrocytes with phytohemagglutinin and/or concanavalin and/or brain antigen exceeding or not exceeding norm, or alteration of at least one of indicated immunologic factors and presence of positive color precipitation reaction of urine in excess of 50% take place, patient is regarded as having neurosensor hearing disorder or belonging to risk group in respect to named disorder.
