FIELD: sanitary and hygienic articles. SUBSTANCE: toothbrush has handle, neck and head with bristles and massage members. Head is provided with cavity for receiving tooth paste. Massage members are formed as toothed gears mounted for rotation on pins. Diameter of gears is at least equal to bristle length. Head is provided with openings for passage of gear teeth into head. During rotation of toothed gears teeth embrace tooth paste portion to transfer it to cleaning surface for teeth cleaning and gum massaging.
