FIELD: sanitary and hygienic articles. SUBSTANCE: toothbrush has handle, neck and head with bristles. Hollow handle has perforated walls. Neck has pivot joint disposed in cavity for movement under the action of spring. Neck is fixed by viscose thread tightened within handle cavity along its longitudinal axis. During usage of toothbrush viscose thread is moistened and extended under the action of spring. As a result, pivot joint gets out of cavity and head is declined. It allows toothbrush usage time to be controlled. EFFECT: simplified construction and enhanced reliability in operation. 1 dwg
