FIELD: metallurgy. SUBSTANCE: plant includes scrubber 1, tubular condenser 2, absorber 3 which are interconnected by gas cleaning pipe line 4, reservoir 5 divided into ozonized water section 6 and sludge discharge section 7 and packed column 8 with ozonizer 9. Scrubber 1, absorber 3 and packed column 8 are provided with liquid circulating loops. Circulating loop of scrubber includes pump 10, suction pipe line 11 and delivery pipe line 12; this loop is connected to sludge discharge section 7. Circulating loop of absorber 3 includes pump 13, suction pipe line 14 and delivery pipe line 15; this loop is connected to ozonized water section 6. Circulating loop of packed column 8 includes pump 13, delivery pipe line 15 and suction pipe line 16. Plant includes ozonized air recirculation loop 17 which is connected to gas cleaning pipe line 4 at inlet of absorber 3 and to upper portion of condenser 2 which is provided with device 18 for sprinkling tubes with ozonized water which is connected with delivery pipe line 15 of absorber by means of pipe line 19. Lower portion of condenser 2 is connected to section 6 by means of pipe line 20. Condenser 2 is provided with cooling water circulating loop which includes pump 10, suction pipe line 11 and delivery pipe line 12; it is connected to circulating loop of scrubber 1 by means of pipe line 21. Intertube space of condenser 1 is connected with sludge discharge section 7 by means of pipe line 22. EFFECT: enhanced efficiency of cleaning to 97-98 percent. 1 dwg
