FIELD: waste water purification. SUBSTANCE: invention relates to biological cleaning of waste water containing suspended particles with contaminated surface, in particular, with mineral oils. Proposed cleaner consists of two successively joined biofilters 1 and 2 with in-plane loading 3 and 4 and reactive sprinklers 5 and 6, settling tanks 7 and 8 connected through circulation pumps 13 and 14 with water-intake facilities 9 and 10. These are axially rotationally secured inside the tanks and are made in the form of, mounted on hollow hubs, radial pipes 27 with fittings tangentionally inclined to the bottom. Biofilters 1 and 2 are connected to each other, to settler 18, and to fine filters 21 and 22 through pumps 13, 14, and 20. Cleaner may be used for in-channel water use at motor and rail-way transport washings, in dye and varnish, chemical, petrochemical, and other enterprises.
