SUBSTANCE: method involves preliminary preparing a mixture of unsaturated polyether resin, hyperis, cobalt naphthenate with zinc oxide (or titanium dioxide, magnesium dioxide, iron oxide, chrome oxide). Polymer-concrete mixture has components at the following ratio, wt. -%: blast furnace slag, 6-70; sand, 68-8; unsaturated polyether resin, 18-20; hyperis, 0.5-0.6; cobalt naphthenate, 0.6-1.8; zinc oxide (or titanium dioxide, magnesium dioxide, iron oxide, chrome oxide) 2-4; and dye, 0.1-0.4.
