FIELD: chemistry.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of chemistry, in particular to compositions designed to work on leveling, sealing and sealing the socket joints of fiberglass pipes exposed to highly corrosive media. Sealing mastic contains polyester unsaturated resin PN-15, vinyl ester resin EVS-9133, styrene, cobalt naphthenate accelerator, initiating the curing system, filler colloid-graphite preparation C-1, diabase flour and Tarkosil T-20 silica nanopowder. As an initiating curing system, the mastic contains a mixture of isopropylbenzene hydroperoxide (hyperis) and methyl ethyl ketone peroxide (50 % solution in styrene) in a ratio of 1:0.6–0.7.
EFFECT: in the practice of the invention, the resistance of the sealing mastic to the action of aggressive media is increased, which increases the duration of operation of the coupling joints of fiberglass pipes.
