FIELD: biotechnology, food production. SUBSTANCE: method involves separation of effluences for liquid and solid fractions, yeast culturing on liquid fraction containing carbon source under aeration and shaking at pH = 4.0-6.5 followed by isolation of the end product. Before solid fraction separation effluences were subjected for alcoholic fermentation and formed alcohol is used as an additional source of nutrient for food yeast. Sewage can be used for repeated utilization and disposal in open reservoirs. The obtained protein is a value addition to diet for animals and poultry. EFFECT: improved method of protein preparing.
