FIELD: agriculture.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to fodder production, in particular, to fodder yeast production method by cattle-breeding farms effluents treatment. Method involves production of wine yeast, production of nutrient medium, processing of solid fraction by way of fermentation, as well as preparation of nutrient medium, heat treatment, filtration, fermentation, extraction of fodder yeast, drying, packaging, marking and storage. Nutrient medium is represented by effluent from cattle-breeding farms; mineral salts and infused young fir needles solution and Candida Utilis yeast are introduced into the treated culture fluid.
EFFECT: use of invention will allow to process effluents of cattle-breeding farms.
