SUBSTANCE: device for purification of capillary-porous medium includes electrodes - anode and cathode, D.C. source connected to them, tank for cleaning liquid in which capacity solution of oil oxidizing microorganisms is used. Device also has tank for purified medium where perforated anode is placed above perforated cathode and collector is formed by bottom of body and cathode located above it.
