SYSTEM OF TREATMENT OF WASTE WATER IN DRILLING Russian patent published in 1997 - IPC

FIELD: treatment of waste waters of drilling site in drilling of oil prospecting and producing wells. SUBSTANCE: system has connected in succession: waste water collection unit, solid phase separation unit, treatment unit, unit for collection and treatment of precipitate, vessel for treated process water and, at least, three electrodialyzers with electrically controlled gate valves connected via control unit with salinity degree transducer installed in vessel for treated process water. Treatment unit is made of interconnected unit of air preparation, ozone generator and contact chamber connected with unit for separation of solid phase and unit for collection and treatment of precipitate. The latter consists of two filters provided with washing system connected with unit for separation of solid phase. EFFECT: provision of effective degree of treatment and meeting of ecological requirements. 1 dwg
