FIELD: production of ozone. SUBSTANCE: ozonator has a pack of alternating flat high- and low-voltage electrodes separated with dielectric barriers and spacers. Each electrode has internal cooling system in form of system of longitudinal hollows interconnected by transverse channels which makes it possible to increase cooling efficiency due to turbulent nature of coolant movement. Each gas supply electrode has transverse through slots. Spacer surfaces has recesses for uniform distribution of gas over the entire space of gal between electrodes.
