FIELD: oil production; methods of development of oil fields. SUBSTANCE: in field development, injection wells are drilled with horizontal or dipping sections of wellbore which open the producing formation. In this case, sections of wellbore opening the formation are arranged in direction coinciding with, or close to, direction of small axis of field and producing wells are located between these sections. In injection of displacement agent, there is no need to force it in direction of minimum permeability. EFFECT: higher efficiency of flooding due to reduced hydraulic resistance and more complete sweep of formation by flooding. 2 cl
