FIELD: oil producing industry, in particular, determination of phase and component composition of well products and measurement of production rates of various categories of oil wells. SUBSTANCE: plant has stabilizing separator with tangential supply of gas-fluid mixture with conical gas and fluid regulating valves and level having float fitted on axle which guides regulating valves, unit for preparation of gas fluid mixture. The latter has 1st stage separator, vessel with emulsifier and 2nd stage separator which is connected at outlet through filter with tangential inlet of stabilizing separator. The plant is also provided with measuring unit of fluid in form of vessel with level and pressure gages, temperature sensitive elements and with separating piston inside the plant. The vessel is communicated through regulating valve, by means of fluid pipeline, with stabilizing separator. EFFECT: higher efficiency. 2 cl, 1 dwg
