FIELD: oil producing industry, particularly, development of oil deposits. SUBSTANCE: method includes recovery of liquid and gaseous hydrocarbons with produced formation water from development oil wells and injection water wells. All plants in oil deposit development are made in blocks, at one section of land surface and arranged with consideration of wind rose. Fire safety of said plants are properly ensured. Infrafield oil gathering system, injection of working agent in the form of water, gas, oil into oil-bearing horizons and infrafield power network are replaced by intraplant connections and oil trunk pipelines and high-voltage power lines connecting development site with oil consumer and power supplying plants. Said plants are constructed simultaneously with well drilling and their successive putting into operation, their connection with oil and water discharge pipelines, aerial and cable power lines and, if require, they are laid in rapidly dismantled tubes connected with one another by put-on couplings. All plants with circuit supply from various feeders are provided with electric power. Development wells are arranged in clusters, by several rows, and their hole bottoms provide for uniform drainage of entire oil-bearing pool due to combination of various types of drilling with vertical, inclined and horizontal wellbores drilled from one parent wellbore. Optimal formation pressure and filtration conditions of formation fluid to wells are maintained due to selective injection of associated gas into poorly permeable zones of oil-bearing formation. Used simultaneously is back injection of produced water into formation boundary zone and selectively into depressed sections inside oil pool outline. Use is also made of gas-water mixture as a working agent for maintaining of rational formation pressure. In so doing, injected into formation or into well are residual gas and gas supplied for use as a fuel of fire heater applicable for heating of well products and provision of full preparation of oil, gas and water for their realization. In production of nonemulsified or slightly emulsified oil, it is supplied directly to tubular gas-water separator and separated from the latter gas and water are, respectively, supplied to accumulating vessel and to lower part of gas-water separator with a stabilizing column head. Oil with low content of residual water, which in case of necessity of its deep desalting, is mixed with hot fresh water and demulsifier is supplied to vertical gas-water separator. For treatment of nonemulsified oil, it is supplied to middle part of tubular gas-water separator upper half. Residual gas is discharged through upper bypass valve to common gas line, and water, through automatically controlled valve. Opening or closing of said valve provides for regulation of position of water-oil contact between upper and lower permissible points controlled by level gages. EFFECT: reduced expenditures for deposit development, increased oil recovery from formations. 5 cl, 1 dwg
