FIELD: thermal engineering; heat and power generating plants with gas-turbine gas discharged to boiler. SUBSTANCE: boiler has additional convective heat-transfer surface 18 placed along flow of gas-turbine exhaust gases between burners 6 of furnace 7 and gas-turbine exhaust end 1; gas duct 10 has air inlet communicating with air blower 9 for closing it by other gas-tight flap 19 and placed along flow of gas-turbine exhaust gases upstream of mentioned additional surface 18; water inlet of the latter is placed in exhaust gas channel on side of burners 6 of furnace 7 and is hydraulically coupled with circulating pump 20 of drum 8; water (steam) outlet is located on gas inlet side of gas duct 10 and hydraulically coupled through control valve 21 with drum 8, through control valve 22, with water inlet of high-pressure gas-water heater 13; water inlet of common economizer 14 is hydraulically coupled with steam channel of reheater 14 through control valve 23.
