SUBSTANCE: steam-power plant, comprising a steam boiler with a recuperative air heater, a power steam turbine with a turbogenerator, a driven steam turbine connected at the inlet by steam with the outlet of the steam boiler by steam, at the outlet by steam - with the inlet of the power steam turbine by steam, an air compressor, connected at the inlet by air with atmosphere, at the outlet by air - with the inlet of the recuperative air heater by air, made as either single-shaft and installed on one free shaft with the driven steam turbine in the common tight body, or a double-shaft made of low pressure and high pressure compressors, at the same time the low pressure compressor is installed on one shaft with the power steam turbine, and the high pressure compressor is installed on one free shaft with the driven steam turbine in the common tight body, and an air turbine connected at the outlet by air with the inlet of the boiler by air, at the inlet by air - with the outlet of the recuperative air heater by air and installed at one shaft with the power steam turbine.
EFFECT: invention makes it possible to increase efficiency of a steam power plant.
