FIELD: mechanical engineering; hydraulic systems of tractors, excavators, agricultural, road-building and other machines. SUBSTANCE: gear machine has external meshing gears with trunnions arranged in base member sliding bearings made in form of antifriction belts embracing the trunnions open to end faces of antifriction belts and base member longitudinal channels communicating with gear tooth spaces. One of walls is formed by seat surface of antifriction belt. Longitudinal channels are located in zone of closest approach of gear trunnions and working surfaces of corresponding sliding bearings. Such location of longitudinal channels contributes to flexible of antifriction belt of sliding bearing in zone of action of maximum pressure in oil layer. As a result, maximum pressure in oil layer spreads through larger angle around gear trunnions and, consequently, increases carrying capacity of bearings.
