FIELD: machine building hydraulics.
SUBSTANCE: proposed gear-type hydraulic machine has housing 1 and external gears 4, 5. Journals of gears are fitted in bearings made in form of axially movable bushings 10 and fixed sealing bushings 11. Each movable bushing is made sections, with bushing-stop 16. The latter is arranged in groove 15 of bushing 10 in housing bore 3. Press-up chamber 18 is made in butt joint between nonworking end faces of bushing 10 and bushing-stop 16 connected with high-pressure space 6. Bushing -stop 16 can move relative to bushing 10 under action of working liquid pressure. Bushings-stops 16 are provided with seals on inner and outer seat surfaces and movable bushings 10 and fixed bushings 11 are provided with seals on outer seat surfaces. Relief grooves 35, 36 are made on outer seat surfaces of bushings 11 from side opposite to gears, said grooves being connected with low-pressure space 7. Invention improves compensation of end face clearances, optimizes forces pressing sealing bushings, localizes zones of influence of thigh pressure on housing and improves sealing of high and low pressure spaces.
EFFECT: reduced volumetric and mechanical losses, increased service life of machine.
