FIELD: engineering industry.
SUBSTANCE: invention refers to hydraulic engineering devices. In cylindrical grooves of the casing there located are external gears thus forming high pressure and low pressure cavities. On one side of gears the trunnions are installed in sliding bearings made in the form of bearing sealing bushes conjugated to each other along planes and installed so that they can move axially. On the other side of gears the bearings are made in the form of thin-wall antifriction bushes fixed in the casing. On cylindrical grooves, in a movable manner and in axial direction, are installed circular thrust bushes provided with seals. Grooves are made eccentric in relation to plane of the hydraulic unit symmetry that passes through longitudinal symmetry axes of gear trunnions. At that grooves are offset to the side of low pressure cavity. Engineering problem of the invention is to develop a compact hydraulic gear unit construction with reduced volumetric and mechanical losses owing to reasonable face seal of gears, and improving the degree of allocation of area of high pressure impact on internal cavities.
EFFECT: developing a compact hydraulic gear unit construction with reduced volumetric and mechanical losses.
