FIELD: fluidics. SUBSTANCE: jet pump unit is provided with additional actuating pump with intake passage and diaphragm located between nozzle and working chamber coaxially relative to them forming two radial circular passages; one passage is brought in communication with intake passage where medium being handled flows and other passage is brought in communication with intake passage of additional actuating pump. At least one actuating pump is provided with delivery regulator. Pump unit is also provided with nozzle axial motion regulator made in form of screw pair with nut fitted on housing of working chamber and screw fitted on nozzle. EFFECT: enhanced reliability. 1 dwg
