FIELD: tests of hydraulic machines and electric motors to them. SUBSTANCE: the offered method consists in evacuation of fluid from the accumulating vessel, discharge of it by a pump, ejection of gas by a jet device, delivery to the discharge line, and then to the inlet of the intrawell conditions simulation unit, of forming disperse gas-fluid mixture, its subsequent separation, return of the fluid back to the accumulating vessel, smooth control of flow rates and pressures; to expand the spectrum of operating conditions in the process of tests, the design of the jet device flow passage is discretely changed; the gas and fluid flow rates are smoothly changed from zero to the maximum carrying capacity of the jet device in each phase, respectively. During the tests the foaming properties and viscosity of the circulating volume of working fluid are adjusted by addition into fluid of foaming agents varying in their foaming properties and/or variation of concentration of foaming agent from 10-6 % to critical concentration of mycelium formation, and/or by addition of defoamers. Viscosity of the working fluid circulating volume is also adjusted by addition of stiffening agents or diluents, and/or by production of emulsions, and/or by attainment of the preset temperature condition at compensation of fluid heating due to pumping by cooling in the heat exchanger.
