FIELD: handling liquids by direct action of vacuum, such as for water-supply systems or amelioration work. SUBSTANCE: Device has siphon and air-outlet tube. The latter communicates through valve with top parts of siphon and with closed tank wherein vacuum is to be created. Siphon top is asymmetric T-piece whose ends are placed in sealed tank at different levels. T-piece end placed at lower level has throttle. Valve is made in the form of shell. Shell bottom closes outlet hole of air-outlet tube. Air-inlet side holes are made in top part of shell. Top and bottom limiters are counted outside the shell.
