FIELD: transfer of liquids by direct rarefaction of medium being handled; water raising and water discharging in drainage and irrigation. SUBSTANCE: device has uptake and downtake sections of bellows interconnected through receiver, pipe line and proportioner. Uptake section of bellows is made in form of hydrostatic resistance by means of successive hydraulic connection of hermetic chambers at internal difference in levels of liquids between inlet and outlet of chamber.
