SUBSTANCE: air-outlet tube is connected to top parts of siphon and closed space wherein vacuum is to be created. Upflow section of siphon is made in the form of shell. Open part of shell is immersed in liquid below its level. Downflow section of siphon is located inside shell and mounted on float. Entrance in downflow section of siphon is below float waterline. Device is provided with additional air outlet tube installed in float. Its entrance is above float waterline and exit, in downflow section of siphon. EFFECT: improved design. 1 dwg
