FIELD: electric engineering, in particular, power supply of radio engineering equipment, communication, automation and remote control systems. SUBSTANCE: device has transformer which secondary winding is connected to one of power lines, primary winding is connected to input terminals through commutation elements. In addition device has comparison and control unit. Commutation elements are connected to achieve alternation of polarity of primary winding depending on output voltage level which is set by comparison and control unit and level control circuit. Transformer may operate in mode of transformer with short-circuited primary winding. Control circuit of power gate is connected to comparison and control unit. First bridge circuit keeps required precision of output voltage. EFFECT: simplified design, improved characteristics, decreased weight and size. 1 dwg
