FIELD: electricity.
SUBSTANCE: invention refers to electrical engineering and may be used for power supply of electrical equipment, lighting networks, communication systems, automatics and teleautomatics, residential and public buildings for the purpose of optimisation of operation of electrical equipment and energy saving. Mentioned result is achieved by the following: to device containing regulating transformer, which primary side is connected to outputs by switching unit, containing switching elements, for input voltage connection, secondary side is engaged into load circuit, device of comparison and control, switching unit is designed as secondary opening and closing contacts connected in series, transformer primary side is connected from one side parallel to secondary side by first analogous outputs directly, from the other side through second opening contact; second closing contact is connected to point of connection of second output of primary side and second opening contact, condenser is engaged parallel to primary side of mentioned transformer, and RC-circuits are engaged parallel to switching elements, output condenser is engaged parallel to load, it is provided with power bipolar automatic breaker with independent releaser, which contacts are engaged in sequence in load circuit at input and output of control unit, between network and input and between load and output of mentioned unit, remotely controlled complementary unit of protection connected by input to point of connection of first power contact with input of control unit, by output - to neutral wire of network, second and third contacts of tripolar circuit breaker of mentioned complementary unit are connected between neutral wire and point of connection of mentioned second closing contact to condenser of first RC-circuit and between output of transformer primary side and point of connection of second closing and opening contacts of switching unit. There are versions of construction of new units and blocks in devices with restriction from one side, from two sides, for one-stage and n-stage circuits proposed. New units of control, protection and back-up are proposed. These versions of devices have some advantages as compared to known stabilisers of ac voltage. In particular there is possibility of remote control and back-up.
EFFECT: enhancement of functionality and upgrading of a number of stabiliser units.
