SUBSTANCE: protective gear has final control element connected in each phase of supply mains, overload sensor, control device with ripple filter and voltage regulator, final control member and time-setting network incorporating two dividers with common center tap, monitoring and signaling switch with light-emitting diode inserted in its circuit; novelty is that it has overload sensor built around one current transformer connected to any phase of supply mains, two dividers of maximum and minimum levels, four Schmitt flip-flops, output switch with thyristor optocoupler inserted in its circuit and connected to final control member circuit. In emergency conditions, final control member circuit opens, final control element operates, and load is disconnected from power supply. EFFECT: improved reliability, simplified design. 1 dwg
