FIELD: floor washing equipment. SUBSTANCE: floor washing apparatus has basic rod, working member fixed on lower end of rod and provided with pressing mechanism and moisture-absorbing fabric inserted within pressing mechanism. Basic rod has inner and outer pipes positioned in axial alignment one relative to the other for reciprocating and axial movement. Each pipe has pressing mechanism with flange and pressing cover for detachable fastening of moisture-absorbing fabric in its working state. Flange of outer pipe is made plate-shaped and cover is made disk-shaped. Each flange has central centering openings for pipes. Diameter of openings allows free axial movement and rotation of inner pipe within outer pipe. Inner pipe is pivotally connected with its disk-shaped flange, which is made integral with sleeve and may alter its axial position at an angle of 90 deg by means of fork mounted on shaft positioned in diametrical opening of inner pipe flange sleeve.
