FIELD: equipment for washing floors in various rooms.

SUBSTANCE: mop has annular floor cloth, pressure device and holder comprising two pipes of equal diameter axially connected with one another through sleeve. Flanged sleeve is attached to end of each pipe. Equally spaced threaded openings for screws are arranged around circumference on lower sleeve flange. Flange of upper sleeve is provided with lateral segment-shaped slots of equal sizes with parallel bases so that width of flange in this part is equal to diameter of holder pipe. Lower part of handle made in the form of strip is attached to lower sleeve flange. U-shaped sheet with axially symmetrical opening is attached to site of attachment of lower part of handle. Spring-loaded lock with stop nose is fastened to one side of sheet in axially aligned relation with respect to holder pipe. Segment-shaped recess is provided through depth of upper part of pipe under lock for contacting with lock nose part, and bracket for middle and fourth fingers and for adjusting nut is attached to the top of U-shaped sheet. Bracket made from strip with ends bent downward is fixed to flange of lower sleeve. Roll with rubberized outside surface is mounted for free rotation in axially aligned openings provided in said ends. Annular floor washing cloth is pressed by means of pressing device to roll provided with rubberized outside surface.

EFFECT: increased efficiency, simplified usage, improved quality of washing floors and quality of culture of performing work and increased specific consumption of floor cloth per floor surface to be washed and increased service life owing to uniform wear over the entire surface of floor cloth at both sides thereof.
