FIELD: medicine, particular, production of biologically active preparations from carrier in form of finely dispersed powder and liquid phase of various functional applications with uniform distribution of the latter on carrier surface. SUBSTANCE: the offered method of production of finely dispersed powder biological preparations consists in mixing of powder and liquid phase in rotating mixing vessel with inclined rotation axis and radial bottom with the help of inert radial bodies. Volume of liquid phase is taken equal to 0.5 and 40% of the total volume of powder particles. Total volume of inert bodies does not exceed the total volume of mixed components, and inert bodies are arranged in one layer. Such use of heavy inert bodies, radial in shape, rolling over radial bottom of mixing vessel without collision makes it possible to involve in the process thermolabile substances and to minimize the amount of liquid. On the basis of this invention, method of production of insectoacaricide dusts is devised by mixing powder carrier, mainly, of biological origin and solution of acting substance, mainly, of pyrethroides class, in volatile solvent with its subsequent removal by evaporation in stationary state. As a result, acting substance is uniformly distributed over all carrier particles that considerably affects efficiency of dusts. This method may be used in production of powdery concentrates of acting substances which are used in preparation of dusts and pelletized preparations.
