FIELD: mineral concentration industry. SUBSTANCE: the offered method is based on taking samples of dust-gas fractions formed in percussive breakage of lumps of mined bulk in course of extraction, transfer and coarse crushing. Analysis is carried out for content of rock-forming elements and content of elements associated with gold, and average content of gold in mined bulk is determined by their ratio. The device for embodiment of the offered method includes metering device, transportation portion vessel, unit for computation of classification rule of distinguishing of ore and nonmetallic parts and addressing unit connected to control unit. Unit for determination of quality of mined bulk is made in form of controlled sampler of dust-gas fractions. Sampler is connected to input of analyzer of chemical composition whose information output is connected to unit of computation of classification rule. Intake channel of sampler is installed near zone of unloading of metering device into transportation portion vessel. EFFECT: higher efficiency. 2 cl, 1 dwg
