METHOD OF CONCENTRATION OF MINERALIZED MINING MASS AND DEVICE FOR REALIZATION OF THIS METHOD Russian patent published in 2000 - IPC

FIELD: concentration of minerals in mining industry; separation of minerals into valuable component and gangue. SUBSTANCE: sorting technological type of one is determined at stage of batch concentration by classification criterion according to preset algorithm taking into account technological type, degree of crushing and mixing; according to the data thus obtained, ores are separated into concentrate, gangue which is removed from process and class being separated. This class is subjected to lump separation making use of present lump identification algorithm which belongs to given sorting technological type. In case of change of sorting technological type of ores at batch concentration batch, present lump identification algorithm is corrected in synchronism. Device used for realization of proposed method includes conveyers for delivery of raw material to monitoring zones, three roentgenoradiometric meters; one meter is located above first conveyer and other two are shifted relative to each other in way of motion of belt for lump sorting; device is also provided with three-position selector switch "concentrate - rock - class sorted" which is mounted between conveyers.
