FIELD: rolling, mainly thin precision strips in plants for producing metallic articles, steel rolling plants and other specialized plants. SUBSTANCE: coiling member in the form of bobbin is mounted on shaft joined with drive mechanism by means of universal spindle. Said shaft is mounted in bearings on traverse bar provided with mechanism for moving it along vertical guiding columns. Said mechanism is arranged on cross piece connecting said columns. Said traverse bar with bobbin is set in predetermined level by means of motion mechanism. It provides deflection of strip from horizontal plane by angle β in zone between bobbin and rolls of working stand. AT coiling strip onto bobbin angle β has tendency for changing. In order to avoid it traverse bar is displaced in vertical direction along said guiding columns and in the result angle β remains constant. EFFECT: possibility of regulating deflection angle of strip ends outside deformation zone of rolling stand and sustaining its value at coiling process without use of guiding rollers, without increase of coiler dimensions. 3 dwg
