FIELD: brewing industry. SUBSTANCE: method lies in the fact that ratio of rice raw material and malt for preparation of the first mash mass at mashing the grain products according to double-boiling conditions is 4:1. Conditions for mashing the rice raw material and malt is conducted at temperature from 64 to 69 C for 15 min, and at temperature from 78 to 82 C for 15 min, and boiling, for 15 min. Main fermentation is conducted at temperature not higher 10 C, while secondary fermentation, for 25 days. EFFECT: improved beer taste. 1 tbl
