FIELD: beer production. SUBSTANCE: method involves production of wort by two-stepped mashing of grain products, intoxication of wort, its fermentation and additional fermentation and ageing of beer. Portion of malt is used in its freshly germinated condition, ratio of unmashed barley, germinated malt and malt being 1:(1-3):(8-6), respectively. At the first step of grinding unmashed barley is mashed together with freshly germinated malt, at the second step malt is mashed. EFFECT: improved efficiency of the method. 1 tbl
