FIELD: wind-power engineering. SUBSTANCE: plant has several wind-power units each incorporating windmill coupled kinematically with compressor, as well as set of pipings for compressed air supply from wind-power units of turbines kinematically coupled with electric generators; it is also provided with flywheels having blades and additional compressors kinematically coupled with flywheels through engageable clutches; set of pipings has nozzles for feeding compressed air to flywheel and turbine blades, as well as gate valves, speed and pressure sensors controlling compressed air supply to turbine and flywheel blades.
