Working wheel has shaft connected with drive and is provided with multiple start unidirections screw cuts. Screw grooves of cuts are made round in profile, with helix angle increasing from 15 to 45 degrees, with diameter of profile not less than diameter of shaft and not greater than radius of working wheel.
