FIELD: mechanical engineering; pumps.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to inclined Archimedean screw pumps for handling viscous materials made in form of hand device or installed on truck. Screw consists of entry single-start part and outlet double-start part and it is connected with drive by means of main shaft through reduction gear. Output part of screw from side of disk is provided with screw head. Diameter of shaft of screw head exceeds diameter of main shaft. Blades of head are provided with two or greater number of starts and are made so that blade mean helix angle is within 9° and 3°. Axial length of head is not less than 1.5 times greater than inner diameter of outlet branch pipe. Entry part of screw is provided with blades feeder connected from inlet end face of screw main shaft through disk of feeder so that entry part of screw is enclosed by two or more blades. Blade are fastened by one end face to periphery of feeder disk, and their second end faces are rigidly attached to centering ring whose inner diameter is equal to outer diameter of screw. Angle of opening of each blade between tangential line to diameter of screw and its plane is from 5° to 90°. Mean angle of helix of blade working surface of entry part of screw is from 15° to 10°.

EFFECT: increased pressure, reduced reverse flow in outlet branch pipe, increased volumes of handled material.
