SUBSTANCE: the method of output current limiting consists in the use of dependence of the sum of alternating currents flowing in two-nonlinear circuits including opposite-connected p-n-junctions on the input voltage applied to these circuits; linear combination of the mentioned sum of currents with alternating current flowing in the third nonlinear circuit is effected under the influence of the input voltage.
