FIELD: radio engineering, applicable in radio electronic device of various purpose, in particular, in amplifying devices, pulsers, self-excited oscillators. SUBSTANCE: differential amplifier uses transistors 1,2,3,4, current generator 5. Transistors 3,4 are double-emitter ones and current generators 6,7,8 are introduced. By varying the currents of the current generators it becomes possible to obtain both a wall-defined transmission characteristic with a controllable mutual conductance and a characteristic with a controllable hysteresis.
